Celtic And Rangers Now Joined By FOUR EPL Clubs As Battle For Bristol City Teenager Heats Up

Celtic and Rangers will have to see off the likes of Aston Villa, Newcastle, Leicester and Brighton to secure the signature of Bristol City youngster Reuben McAllister, according to reports in England.

The attacking midfielder made his debut for the Robins’ Under 23 side at the age of just 15 last year, and his progress has been tracked by the Hoops and other teams since then.

McAllister has not signed a professional contract yet as he is still only 16, but it is believed that Bristol City have not received any formal enquiries about the player’s availability so far.

Celtic have snapped up a number of young players from English clubs in recent years, including the likes of Luca Connell, Liam Shaw, Osaze Urhoghide and Joey Dawson. Admittedly, not all of those transfers have worked out but fans should keep an eye on the McAllister situation.

The teenager recently moved to the CAA Base football agency, and they could be looking to secure a move for him to a bigger club.
