Celtic are one of a number of teams keen on signing Cardiff City centre-back Ciaron Brown, according to reports in the UK.
There are said to be a fair few other Scottish clubs interested in the Northern Ireland international, while Belgian side K.V. Oostende and teams in Germany are also believed to be keeping tabs on the defender.
Brown has had three separate loan spells at Livingston but the 23-year-old was recalled in January and he has performed well in the second half of the season in the Championship at Cardiff.
The centre half’s current deal expires at the end of the season but he is unlikely to be available on a free transfer with Cardiff having the option to extend his stay for one more year.
Whether that will put off Celtic or any other team from making an approach this summer, we shall have to wait and see.
