Celtic Keen On Snapping Up England U21 Ace Who Has Scored Seven Goals in 27 Games

Celtic are interested in signing West Ham winger Grady Diangana, according to reports in the English media. The 22-year-old has been in superb form whilst on loan at West Brom this season.

In 27 appearances for the Baggies, the wide man has bagged seven goals and contributed six assists, helping Slaven Bilic’s team to second in the English Championship table with three games to go.

West Ham are reportedly keen on keeping Diangana but the England Under 21 international is concerned about a lack of first-team opportunities with the Hammers already having a number of wingers in their squad.

It’s unlikely that Celtic are looking to snap up the midfielder on a permanent basis, with reports claiming he is valued in the region of £15m. However, a loan deal could well be considered.

Diangana generally plays off the right-wing, despite having been played mostly from the left this season, and the Hoops could do with some competition for James Forrest if Marian Shved is allowed to leave the club.
