Celtic Tracking £10m Rated Zimbabwean Marksman But Face Fight From Two EPL Clubs

Celtic have been keeping tabs on Le Harve forward Tino Kadewere in recent months, according to reports in England. The Zimbabwean has scored 17 goals in the French second division, which has led to the Hoops taking a keen interest.

However, the 23-year-old’s performances haven’t gone unnoticed by other clubs with both Bournemouth and Southampton also taking a close look at the striker.

Kadewere has a great deal of pace and is able to play right across the frontline. He could, though, prove an expensive purchase with Le Harve expected to demand up to £10m for the player.

Such a figure would put him out of Celtic’s price range. They are reportedly looking to bring in a back up for Odsonne Edouard and it’s highly unlikely that they would break their transfer record to do so.

Kadewere is said to be one of a number of forwards that manager Neil Lennon is considering with reports also linking the Hoops with Sheffield United captain Billy Sharp, Brighton’s Glenn Murray and Slovan Bratislava’s Andraz Sporar.
