Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard came on for the last 20 minutes of the 4-1 win over Motherwell in the recent SPL clash. The Frenchman’s recent form has been a major concern, with the player having only scored one goal in his last five league games.
The striker did provide the assist for Olivier Ntcham’s goal but the player didn’t look up to speed with the game, and supporters on Twitter are now very worried about his performances:
@Oedouard22 didnt look interested when came on.

Quality has never been in doubt and he has had covid so nobody knows how that has effected him but his body language would suggest his mind is elsewhere sadly…..Ajeti did well bringing players into game today….he needs a run of game

Edouard did test positive for the virus last month, which kept him out of the derby defeat to Rangers, but he has now been back for a number of games and he still doesn’t look right.
Some have speculated that the France Under 21 international may have had his head turned. The likes of Arsenal, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace have been linked with the 22-year-old in recent months but last month the player confirmed that despite being interested in playing in a “higher league”, he is content to stay at Celtic Park for now.
