Dortmund Add £30m Rated Celtic Ace To List Of Transfer Targets But January Swoop Is Unlikely

Borussia Dortmund are keeping tabs on Celtic striker Odsonne Eduoard, according to Sky Deutschland (via Sport Witness). The German club were mentioned by the Daily Mail as one of four clubs that were keen on the £30m rated forward.

Dortmund have put the France Under 21 international on a list of potential targets, but it is said that the player and his agent are both insistent that he won’t be leaving Parkhead in the January transfer window.

Edouard is believed to be happy to see out the season with Celtic, and Hoops supporters will be hoping that he will want to stay for a little while longer.

The 21-year-old has scored eight goals and provided five assists in 14 appearances so far this campaign, with a brace in the 3-1 win against Kilmarnock at the weekend.

Edouard signed a four-year contract when he joined the club permanently from PSG in 2018 and he currently has just under three years left on his current deal.
