Celtic left-back Greg Taylor has been a prominent figure in recent weeks, having wrestled the left-back spot away from the likes of Boli Bolingoli and Jonny Hayes since the winter break.
The Scottish international hardly got a look-in in the first half of the season, having played just six games for the Hoops before Christmas, but he is now a mainstay in the starting eleven, having started the last six league matches.
Supporters on Twitter have been praising Taylor’s improved displays and many now see him as the club’s first choice in the left wing-back position:
Very & yes. Gets better with each game.

He’s adjusting to life at Celtic just fine, still adapting to wing back as I think he’s a natural full back but put in some steady performance and looks like a wee fighter ??

Yes. He is really coming along, and his KT-esque cutbacks are a welcome sight.

Yes, his link up play is far better than Boli or Hayes, will need to see how he deals with a good right winger before i'm completely sold though.

Certainly done enough in the last couple of games to be ahead of what we have.

You would have thought that the switch to five at the back would have favoured Bolingoli, instead of Taylor, considering the Belgian is a more attack-minded fullback but manager Neil Lennon has had other ideas.
Taylor’s resurgence means that both Bolingoli and Hayes now have their work cut out to get back into the side.
