Latest Celtic Injury Report Ahead Of This Week’s Games

Celtic’s injury list is pretty sizeable heading into this week’s games against Motherwell and Dundee.

Kieran Tierney is still suffering a hip injury that kept him out of the 2-0 defeat against Hibernian at the weekend. Ryan Christie is back in training after an ankle problem but will not play against Motherwell. He could return to feature at Parkhead versus Dundee on Saturday.

Mikael Lustig remains a doubt due to a concussion he sustained against Red Bull Salzburg last week, and the Swedish international could miss out this evening.

Nir Bitton is, however, back in full training following a lengthy layoff with a knee injury. He stepped up his comeback after ten months on the sidelines by playing in Celtic Reserves’ 2-2 draw against Hibs on Monday.

Dedryck Boyata (hamstring) remains out, while Eboue Kouassi (knee) and Daniel Arzani (knee) are long-term absentees. Leigh Griffiths is out of action indefinitely as he resolves issues off the pitch.
