Latest Celtic Injury Report: Updates On Johnston, Rogic, Bayo And Abd Elhamed

Celtic have four injury concerns heading into Tuesday’s friendly against Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes.

The biggest blow is Mikey Johnston who may require surgery after picking a calf problem in training. He has returned to Scotland to see a specialist and there is no estimate for when he will return.

Midfielder Tom Rogic had been sidelined with an ankle injury but the Australian international is now expected to be back in the squad for the PSG game.

Fullback Hatem Abd Elhamed started the 2-1 defeat to Lyon yesterday but the Israeli turned his ankle. He should, though, be available for the match next week.

Manager Neil Lennon has also mentioned that Vakoun Bayo is suffering from an injury but he did not give any details about the extent of the problem and how long he will be out for. The Hoops boss only said that the Ivorian was “getting treatment.”
