Lyon are weighing up a move for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney, according to reports in the French media.
The Ligue One club are looking for a replacement for fullback Ferland Mendy who is on the verge of leaving for Real Madrid.
Lyon won’t be short of cash either with Real paying €50m (£44m) for the defender so Tierney would indeed be in reach for them if they make him their number one target.
Arsenal are also believed to be on the lookout for a new left-back this summer and are said to be vying with Lyon for the Scottish international.
However, the Gunners do not have a sizeable transfer budget after failing to qualify for the Champions League, which would leave Lyon as firm favourites.
Still, even if the French side did make a bid for Tierney, it is questionable whether the 22-year-old would want to leave his boyhood club.
He signed a five-year contract back in 2017, and with the player due to undergo groin surgery, it would hardly be a good time to leave Celtic Park.
