Celtic forward Oliver Burke has made an excellent start to his loan spell at Parkhead.
The 21-year-old scored a brace in the 4-0 win over St Mirren on Wednesday night, and the loanee has said he would consider making a permanent move to the Scottish champions:
“It’s not really anything that’s been spoken about yet, but I’m sure if I continue to do well I’ll want to stay here.”.
“Knowing I’m going to play football, I think that’s the main thing for me now, especially at a young age.”
“I’ve been sort of starved of football for the past couple of years, so that’s all I want to do.”
Fans on Twitter are excited about Burke’s potential, with many already backing a permanent move:

The Scottish international is on a six-month loan from West Bromwich Albion, who paid RB Leipzig £15million for the winger just 18 months ago.
Burke has struggled during his time at the Baggies but since moving to Celtic Park, manager Brendan Rodgers has already opted to use him more as a central striker rather than as a wide man.
