Morgan And Jullien To Start: Celtic’s Predicted XI To Face Nomme Kalju

Celtic face Estonian side Nomme Kalju in the Champions League second qualifying round first leg match this evening.

Manager Neil Lennon has confirmed that Mikey Johnston, Issouf Vakoun Bayo and Marian Shved are ready to return to training but tonight’s game is likely to be soon for the trio.

It could mean that Lewis Morgan starts for Celtic following a good showing against FK Sarajevo but the availability of Scott Sinclair may tempt Lennon into making a change on the flanks.

Christopher Jullien is ready to make his first start but it has been suggested by the Hoops boss that he may keep faith with Nir Bitton and Jozo Simunovic in the centre of defence, despite the former ostensibly being a defensive midfielder.

With Hatem Abd Elhamed having not yet finalised his move to Celtic, and not featuring in the Champions League squad, it is expected that Kristoffer Ajer will continue at fullback.

Celtic’s Predicted XI To Face Nomme Kalju:

Bain, Ajer, Simunovic, Jullien, Bolingoli Mbombo, Brown, McGregor, Forrest, Christie, Morgan, Edouard

Predicted Score – 2-0 to Celtic
