Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham is being targeted by Roma, Valencia and Sporting Lisbon, according to Tuttomercatoweb.com. The Italian website claims that the three European clubs have been impressed by the Frenchman’s performances this season.
The 23-year-old has been in and out of the Hoops’ starting line up this campaign and was only a substitute in the 4-0 win over Livingston at the weekend.
However, Ntcham has provided the most memorable moment of the season so far for Celtic. His last-minute winner against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico was the club’s best win away from home in Europe for many years.
That goal may have brought the former France Under 21 international to the attention of Lazio’s city rivals Roma. The Giallorossi won’t be getting the midfielder on the cheap, though, if they try their luck in the January transfer window.
Ntcham remains an important first-team player and currently has a contract with the Scottish champions until the summer of 2022.
