Lyon striker Moussa Dembele has kept in touch with the news in Scotland despite having left Celtic Park almost two years ago now.
Commenting on a recent Daily Record article which reports on Rangers ripping up their pitch during the enforced break in fixtures, Dembele said:
The only thing they will lift this season is their own pitch… ????????? @CelticFC @dembelition #TheirOnlyWayToKnowHowItFeelsToBeCeltic #DoubleTrebleWinner #CelticInvincible

Celtic supporters on Twitter were loving Dembele’s top-class trolling of their Old Firm rivals:

A decision over whether Celtic will be handed the league title will not be made yet. However, the indications are there will be a majority in favour of ending the season early and giving the Hoops their ninth league win in a row if they can’t finish the remaining fixtures.
Rangers said they will oppose the resolution, as will Hearts, but only 75% of teams (9 of the 12) need to approve it, which many expect will happen when the votes are handed in by the end of this week. The deadline is 5pm on Friday.
