Former Celtic striker Moussa Dembele’s comments about the Old Firm Derby being “Celtic’s Day” a couple of days ago has got people reminiscing about the Frenchman’s performances for the club.
The 23-year-old was sold to Lyon for £20m in 2018, but he had two successful seasons with the Hoops, scoring an impressive 51 goals in 94 appearances.
A fan shared an old video of Dembele’s goals on Twitter, and they praise the forward for his contribution during his time at Parkhead:

Celtic could still be in for a transfer windfall if the forward is sold at the end of the season. The Scottish champions reportedly have a 10% sell-on clause, which could bag them a sizeable sum.
The likes of Chelsea and Manchester United are said to be keen on Dembele, and if one of the clubs matches Lyon’s reported £60m asking price, Celtic could receive as much as £6m for the player. Not a bad return considering he joined on a free transfer from Fulham.
