Four English clubs will try to sign Celtic winger Jonny Hayes on a free transfer, according to TEAMtalk. The website claims Premier League side Burnley, as well as Championship teams Stoke, Cardiff and Huddersfield, are all keen on the Irishman
The 32-year-old is believed to be weighing up his options with his contract expiring at the end of the season. The Hoops are said to be prepared to offer him an extension but the utility player may look to move in order to get more first-team football.
Manager Neil Lennon has already used Hayes in 16 matches this campaign, but only three have been starts. He is usually employed as a late substitute either in midfield or at left-back.
The Irish international has already had a memorable moment this season, though, after scoring the second goal to seal a 2-0 win over Rangers at Ibrox in the Old Firm Derby at the beginning of September.
