Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart has been one of a number of inspired signings made by manager Ange Postecoglou since the Australian was appointed last summer.
However, many supporters were very sceptical about recruiting the former Manchester City star, who struggled during spells with West Ham and Burnley. Since joining from Tottenham for £1m, though, he has been exceptional and fans on Twitter have been willing to admit that they have changed their opinion on the 34-year-old:
I was one of the doubters! Proved me well wrong.

I was a doubter. But he is all class. Seems like a top bloke too.

I wasn’t keen on him, felt his best was behind him and I’m pleased to say I was wrong. Been brilliant for us 🍀

I thought it was a poor and very risky signing. Doh!

Proud to say I was one of the doubters and am happy to be proven wrong. I don’t think he’s as solid as some keepers we’ve had, but him buying into the ethos of the club as a whole has been a real treat.

Yeah.. wasn’t convinced when signing him but he’s been fantastic. Would still of loved to have kept Gordon though

Wasn’t too impressed by the signing but really glad he came . You can see it means a lot to him to be playing every week.

You can’t be a bad player if you have been capped 75 times by England, and Hart has certainly shown himself to be a very good keeper since making the switch to Parkhead.
In his 46 appearances for the Hoops this campaign, the shot-stopper has conceded 41 whilst recording 23 clean sheets. Huge credit has to go to him for, not only turning his career around, but also winning over the supporters so quickly with both his ability and personality.
