A Playmaker FC Pundit Asks Whether Celtic Would Sacrifice Ten In A Row For Europa League Triumph

Celtic’s 2-1 win over Lazio puts them in an excellent position to qualify for the knockout rounds of the Europa League. Seven points from three games means Neil Lennon’s side sit comfortably top of their group.

With success in Europe now a greater possibility, a Hoops supporter, in the video below, talks about their prospects of winning a European trophy and whether he would hypothetically sacrifice ten league titles in a row for lifting the Europa League:

Both scenarios are still pretty far away, and I’m sure Lennon and his team won’t be looking that far ahead. Of course, the far likelier of two would be winning ten in a row, but I think all fans would also love to see a long run in Europe as well.

With so many great teams in the competition, it would be very tough to go all the way, but the journey is one worth dreaming about, especially considering the club’s recent successes against high profile European clubs.
