Celtic Expected To Scout Eight Goal Bundesliga Marksman Who Is Available For FREE

Celtic are one of a whole host of clubs who will scout Union Berlin striker Sebastian Andersson when his side face Paderborn in the Bundesliga fixture tomorrow afternoon, according to BILD.

The German tabloid claims representatives from the Hoops will be keeping a close eye on the Swedish international, who has scored eight goals in 14 league appearances this season.

Andersson’s current deal with Union Berlin expires in June next year, and he will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement next month to move on a free transfer.

Unsurprisingly then, there are a number of teams that are pursuing the 28-year-old. Bild claims La Liga side Villarreal, Dutch giants Ajax and English Premier League outfit Brighton will all have scouts in the stands this weekend.

There are also just under a dozen Bundesliga teams who are keen on Andersson so Celtic will have a massive fight on their hands if they want to secure the Swede’s signature.
