Celtic Set Their Sights On SECOND Stade Brestois Player As They Consider 1.7M January Swoop

Celtic are interested in signing Stade Brestois striker Jeremy Le Douaron, according to reports in the French media.

The Hoops are said to be keen on strengthening their forward line in the January transfer window and they have identified the 23-year-old as a possible option.

Le Douaron is reportedly valued at around €2m (£1.7m), which seems like a pretty decent price, considering he has scored five goals so far this season in Ligue One.

Coincidentally, Le Douaron isn’t the only Stade Brestois player that Celtic have been linked with in the French press in recent weeks. Goalkeeper Marco Bizot was mentioned as a potential target only last month.

It appears as though the Scottish club are scouring the market in France to find the best bargains. Whether they will follow up their interest with bids for either Le Douaron or Bizot in January, we shall have to wait and see.
