Celtic Tipped To Rival West Ham And Dortmund As Exciting 13M Rated Forward Is Made Available For Transfer

Celtic, West Ham and Borussia Dortmund are all keeping tabs on Jordan Larsson’s situation at Spartak Moscow, according to reports in Sweden.

The 24-year-old has struggled for form this season, having scored once in 16 appearances, and he is expected to be made available in the January transfer window.

Spartak were initially hoping to sell Larsson for £13m, after he bagged 15 goals in 29 league games last campaign, but they are now willing to drop their asking price in order to secure a sale.

With Larsson being the son of club legend Henrik, the links to the Hoops are inevitable but it remains to be seen whether Ange Postecoglou’s side are interested in the forward.

While he may now cost less than £13m, his price tag is still likely to be higher than Celtic are willing to pay. Considering that Kyogo Furuhashi is firing in the goals, and he has Giorgos Giakoumakis in reserve, Postecoglou may feel there is no need to sign Larsson.
