Celtic’s Stance On Selling Liel Abada Revealed As Crystal Palace Circle

Celtic have no intention of selling winger Liel Abada, according to The Scottish Sun.

Crystal Palace scouts are believed to be keeping tabs on the Israeli international, whose goal against Rangers on Wednesday night was his 13th in 37 appearances for the Hoops this season.

Abada only made the switch to Parkhead from Maccabi Petah Tikva for £3m in the summer but he has been an instant hit, with his speed and movement causing no end of problems for defenders.

Having only just turned 20, he is still a raw talent and, while he has put in some poor performances during his first six months in Scotland, there is no doubt that he possesses huge potential.

As we saw in the derby midweek, Abada has the uncanny ability to be in the right place at the right time to put the ball into the back of the net. If he continues on his current trajectory, he could become a very special player indeed.
