Celtic manager Neil Lennon has confirmed that striker Albian Ajeti will be fit and available to face Rangers this afternoon.
The Swiss international sustained a hamstring injury during the 3-0 win over Hibernian last month, but Lennon says the player has now been back in training for the last two days and is in contention to play:

Ajeti has been in excellent form since arriving from West Ham for £5m and fans on Twitter are very happy that the 23-year-old will be ready to feature in the derby:

Especially with Odsonne Edouard unlikely to be available despite completing his self-isolation after a positive COVID-19 test, it means the Hoops should still have the firepower to make things difficult for the Light Blues’ defence.
The Gers have only conceded three goals in 10 games so far this campaign and they will no doubt be a difficult team to break down. Ajeti’s availability should offer Celtic a greater cutting edge in the final third of the pitch.
