Celtic are on course to sign Legia Warsaw fullback Josip Juranovic, according to reports in the Croatian media.
The 25-year-old is believed to be keen on moving to Parkhead, with it being claimed in the English press that he could be signed for around £2.5m.
Juranovic is an experienced player, having been capped 10 times by Croatia, and supporters on Twitter are trying not to get their hopes up about the Hoops getting a right-back in through the door:
I’m not believing it till I see celtic confirm it ?

I’d imagine a certain fixture tonight and it’s implications are the reason for any delay. We love the wait and see approach.

Anthony Ralston has performed admirably in the early part of the campaign but there is no doubt that manager Ange Postecoglou needs to strengthen the right-hand side of defence before the transfer window shuts later this month.
Celtic have already failed in attempts to sign Sheffield United’s George Baldock, Rennes’ Brandon Soppy and Antwerp’s Aurelio Buta this summer, so it will be hoped that the deal for Juranovic doesn’t suffer the same fate.
