Latest Celtic Injury Report: Updates On Five Players Ahead Of St Mirren

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has revealed that striker Vakoun Issouf Bayo is a major doubt for this evening’s game against St Mirren. The Ivorian took a knock to his knee in training on Monday and is unlikely to feature tonight. He should, though, be ok for the weekend.

Leigh Griffiths is also still not available. The 29-year-old has not played since August due to a thigh injury and a virus, but the forward is now expected to be back in full training tomorrow.

Tom Rogic’s knee issues have resurfaced with the Australian international suffering with some inflammation that could keep him out for the short term.

There is better news on Olivier Ntcham, though, with the midfielder now back in training following a back injury. The 23-year-old has had to sit out the last three games against Ross County, Lazio and Aberdeen.

Christopher Jullien is also fit and ready to start. The Frenchman had to be taken off at half time against the Dons due to illness, but Lennon has confirmed he has fully recovered.
