Crystal Palace are considering Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard as a “potential target,” according to The Guardian‘s Ed Aarons.
The journalist says that the Frenchman has a fan in Eagles’ coach Said Aigoun who saw him come through the academy at PSG:
Celtic striker Odsonne Édouard, who worked with Palace’s new development coach Saïd Aïgoun at Paris Saint-Germain’s academy, is another potential target for Patrick Vieira https://t.co/QOnydtL6g5

Aarons is not definitive on whether Palace will make a firm bid for Edouard but Celtic will be open to any offers that come their way.
The 23-year-old has less than a year remaining on his current deal at Parkhead and he will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with another team in January.
Arsenal, Brighton, Southampton and West Ham have all been linked with Edouard in recent months but the only club that entered formal talks with the Hoops was Leicester.
However, the Foxes pulled out of negotiations last month after being scared off by Celtic’s reported £20m asking price. Whether Palace will be ready to pay such a fee, we shall have to wait and see.
