Celtic are looking to secure a deal for West Brom midfielder Rekeem Harper, according to reports.
The 19-year-old and his agent were believed to be at Celtic Park on Sunday to see the Hoops lift the Premiership title.
Fans on Twitter are questioning who is deciding on transfers at the club when there is no permanent manager:
Who’s deciding this? We have no head of recruitment and an interim manager

My thoughts also. Our wage budget isn’t endless…so new manager must decide what players he wants
— Chris (@haim67) 21 May 2019
So who would be scouting these players. Surely whoever is gonna be in charge will want a scout for their own players?

What if Rafa doesn’t want him???

Some believe it means that Neil Lennon is poised to take the hot seat:
Surely this would mean that the job is Lennon’s if he goes to watch him. Personally I think appointing him is a step backwards and we need a lease of life in the team

Then we will sign Hooper
Extension for IzzyReal chance to kick on, push the boat out and go for 10IAR but it’s 10 steps back ??♂️

Whoever is making the decision, the pursuit of Harper is an interesting development. The teenager is out of contract at the end of the season and has attracted interest from EPL clubs, including Tottenham.
Playing for the Baggies this campaign, the midfielder has scored one goal and provided one assist in 23 senior appearances, only becoming a fixture in the first team at the start of the new year.
Harper generally plays in central midfield but can also play in a more advanced role behind a striker.
