Celtic midfielder Ismaila Soro put in an exceptional performance as he scored his first goal for the club in the 3-0 win over Dundee United yesterday afternoon.
The Ivorian has been excellent since being handed his first start of the season by manager Neil Lennon against Lille earlier this month. Fans are calling on the Hoops boss to keep faith with the 22-year-old for the Rangers clash on Saturday:
He has to play at the weekend!!

Let’s hope he doesn’t lose his place to brown for the rangers game.

Lennon did drop Soro in favour of captain Scott Brown for the Scottish Cup final but that was explained by the fact that the midfielder had picked up food poisoning and wasn’t 100% fit to play.
This weekend, though, it will be a straight fight as to who will be given the nod for the derby. On current form, you would have to think that Soro stays in the starting eleven but Brown’s big game experience may sway things in his favour.
