Celtic are expecting Ange Postecoglou to leave the club and take up the head coach’s position at English Premier League side Tottenham, according to reports in the Scottish media.
An official approach from Spurs is likely to happen after this weekend’s Scottish Cup final against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
While some fans on Twitter are resigned to losing Postecoglou, others are still stubbornly hoping that the Australian will end up staying at Celtic Park:
Good luck to him
Sign off with a treble please

I actually hate football , it’s the one thing that makes you a realist 🤣 what an amazing season this is and yet you never get to truly enjoy especially supporting Celtic 🤣

The signs do point towards Postecoglou leaving the club at the moment. There is a lot of noise, in the English press in particular, that Tottenham have made the 57-year-old their preferred candidate.
However, until they formally make a move for Postecoglou, there isn’t really any point speculating about what might happen.
The former Yokohama F-Marinos manager has been linked with a number of teams down south in recent months, most notably Chelsea and the likes of Wolves, Leicester and Leeds. However, the interest from Spurs does appear to be a lot more serious.
